熟悉店铺管理的各个方面，包括库存管理、销售分析、顾客服务等。

能够制定和实施营销计划，提高店铺销售业绩。

具备解决问题的能力和决策能力。

4. 态度要求：工作积极主动，具有较高的工作热情和责任心，能够承担压力和灵活处理各种问题。

5. 其他要求：工作时间灵活，能够适应长时间工作，有时需要在周末或节假日工作。

Store Manager Job Description：

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operation, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.

2. Hire and train new staff, as well as schedule shifts and manage employee performance.

3. Create and manage budgets, monitor costs, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability.

4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

5. Order food and supplies, manage inventory, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

6. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.

7. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

8. Manage the restaurant's social media presence and respond to customer feedback online.

9. Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide feedback for improvement.

10. Work with the chef to develop new menu items and specials.
