Chardonnay Consumers Required

Dear Wine Consumer,

We are looking for regular Chardonnayconsumers to participate in aChardonnay wine tasting which is a part of the honours project at theUniversity of Adelaide, Waite Campus, Urrbrae.

The participation is voluntary, and no specificwine knowledge or education is required to take part in this study.

Can I participate?

You may participate in this trial if you haveconsumed Chardonnay white wine at least once a month over the past 12 months,are at least 18 years old and have no allergies to wine.

Tasting sessions are scheduled as bellows

Monday30th Sep, 11am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm

Thursday3rd Oct, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm

Friday4th Oct, 11am, 1pm and 3pm

Tuesday8th Oct 2pm, 4pm and 6pm

In appreciation ofyour time, we will give you small snacks at the end of the tasting as remuneration.If there is no objection, you will also be involved in a wine raffle to be oneof the thirty lucky winners of one bottle of wine.

The wine tasting willbe held in the sensory laboratory, Wine Innovation Central (WIC) Building 29(corner Hartley Grove and Paratoo Road, Urrbrae) at the University of AdelaideWaite Campus.

This study has beenapproved by The University of Adelaide human research ethics committee(H-2019-164).
