语言篇

刚来的时候，亚斯5.0。很差.

语言是我的第一关，过不了这个关，生活都有麻烦，就不要谈找工作了。所以刚开始还是准备学语言，虽然也在找工作，那时盲目的找。但是都不理想，语言实在是不好。回头想想，如果当时安静下来，努力学习语言，也许会更好

语言的问题主要在听力和口语。相信IT的桐子写作和阅读都不成问题。当然听力和口语，还不是最糟糕的，糟糕的是，因为语言差，连讲话都不敢讲了。后来通过读语言学校，自学等等有了些提高。
对于学习语言，我是觉得我是没有感觉的那种。所以也多花了点时间。多听，多看。多和朋友聊天。当然有时候也自言自语。呵呵。
时间长了，自然就能懂了一些。回头看看我花在语言上的功夫不少。借书做题目，听磁带，录像带，录音，听CD等等。。。。  我知道我很慢，但是总算有了一点自信可以和人比较顺畅的说话了。
另外一个很有意思的经验是念简历，念得很熟。呵呵，和中介聊天，这个说的最好，用字也最好。

如果你的语言不是那么自信，可以试着慢慢的说，清楚地说，过几天也许就发现不同了。语言总之是多个花功夫的事情。

简历篇

说到简历，其实网上都有很多人给出了很多宝贵的建议了。建议大家能多看看。
我自己的简历一次突破性的修改是网上的一个朋友给点出来的。在此深表感谢谢。

简历并不难写。我的经验，第一页！
如果你的简历在第一页30秒左右不能打动中介或者公司的招聘人员，那么这个简历基本上就不成功了。

刚开始我基本上是对自己的经验都顺序的罗列，没有什么太多效果。后来进过过朋友的指点后，政府免费的辅导课，以及NMIT的课程等等一段大概2个月的时间左右，再加上琢磨了自己的特点后，总结了一套方法。
曾经帮助过刚刚毕业的一个学生写简历。对方没有任何工作经验，Master刚毕业。
写完简历，发出去4份，隔天即得到一个不错的面试机会。至于我自己，发出简历后得到电话的比率大概在60%以上。没有详细统计。但是感觉电话没有怎么断过。即使是在机会最少的6月。

我的做法大概如下：除了个人基本信息外，第一页，绝对是自己的key
points. 一般来说分成3个部分：

1．        
个人介绍。一定要短，精。句句要扣住工作要求。字字要表现自己的strong（不吹牛）。然后根据工作要求，猜测是哪个行业的，需要什么背景，项目，等等来罗列自己的相关部分。
2．  
      Key/core
points。不必要列出所有的，只要是哪个工作要求的。我选择出相关的最能打动人的那些出来。再辅之以相关的points.比如，相关的经验时间。
3．  
      Demonstrated skills:
一般的工作要求都会有这个。技术和非技术要求都有，可以按照KSC的格式来写。让看的人立即能感受到我的强项。 这些内容可能包括，team player, SDLC,
problem solving, personalities, CMMI. ISO9000等等。
根据要求不一而论。

我想第一页就已经差不多了，然后我就开始写working
history.

当然，简历的写法有很多种，只要你能打动别人，就可以。 写完后让你的朋友老师看看，一定会有后获。

电话面试篇

依然很清楚地记得，第一次电话面试的紧张样子。电话响了，我愣是不敢接。 呵呵。
到了现在，结的电话接了无数个，都快背下来他们要说的话了。下面就背点吧。如果你有时候听得不清楚，可以用这个来蒙蒙。
呵呵。

第一句，自我介绍和寒暄。我是某某，来自哪里，（不用理会），你是XX吗？ 可以谈会吗？下面就开始根据你的简历来问了。
所以你的简历的信息不明确，被问的问题越多，如果简历上都有，就少点。  信息有，是PR吗？ 在找什么专业工作？
你的经验？（一版都会问）。有些人会问你来多久了？做什么了？（怕你闲着阿）  然后就有详细的经验内容（背简历的好处在这里），注意的是不要说漏了，有些工作部要求的经验，你就不要发挥了。
呵呵。最后就是客套话，我们会送你的简历，或者回头联系你等等。

我知道有的筒子做的很好，就是将申请的职位，一一列出来，到时候，一接电话，立马就能对上号。将工作要求对应的经验背给中介。呵呵。记得在你说每句话的时候，慢和清楚就可以了。
如果听不懂，赶紧pardon吧。不能蒙，我自己就吃了不少亏。

当然更高级，就是打岔了，不让中介多问问题。自己提出问题，让中介答。呵呵，难了点。

面试篇

拿到了interview，离offer还有些距离，这个距离说长不长，说短也不短。下面的是我每次面试之前给自己的看的。  （英文的，手太累，不翻译了，呵呵）

Interview
Process:

etc.

记得看看公司的网址，和中介要点信息。有些的公司如 Accenture,一定要你理解他们公司！

那么继续等吧。只要你做的足够好。你也没有后悔的理由了。澳洲近视眼的伯乐比较多，千里马可不要灰心！不是你的问题，是他们的问题。

教训篇

前次的帖子有说，已经拿到offer了，怎么被回收了？ 呵呵，说来奇巧。 当时的语言不是很好。但是那个单位说我很smart,
面试的时候说隔天就准备让我上班。但是，一等就是一月多阿。 语言阿。。。  
后来一个早上打电话说，下午来签合同吧。我们需要你ABN。只有3，4个小时。巧在那个时候，一个朋友介绍的一个硬件公司，要我去上班，是修理计算机的（和专业无关，纯粹吃饭）。  当时我对ABN和contract
的工资是半窍不通阿，赶紧问NMITT老师和朋友，都不是很清楚。然后我打电话问雇主，雇主不高兴，说，这就是所有给你的钱了。你自己找个中介帮你也可以。然后就问我的情况，我就把我拿到另外一个offer的事情告诉他，他说，如果那个高，你就去那个公司吧。我说，对你们很有兴趣，是我的专业工作。  挂完对电话，5分钟，他发email说那个offer已经withdraw,
被另外人拿走了。
呵呵。教训阿，不能轻易说负面影响的话，除非很有把握。

另外就是电话面试的时候，不能答非所问了。我自己有过几次这样的教训，呵呵，惭愧啊，谁让咱听不懂呢，不过，现在看，听不懂不要紧，他们会给你说清楚。答非所问就比较严重了点。当然，如果你能蒙对，也可以。

至于其他的教训，就是说话不能太快！自信！
冷静。 每次面试，心态放好了，效果就出来了。 耳朵不利落，不要紧，他们也理解。关键就是你的表现。

后记

找工作是个长期的过程，坚持+努力+信心。不管是找到工作的，还是没有找到工作的，我想都是一样。谁敢保证以后永远不找工作呢？
