Invoice/Administration Clerk

Regency Park, SA (On-site)
· We are a food wholesaler of both dry and frozen foods based in Regency Park SA.
· We distribute different food items to restaurants, takeaway outlets, independents supermarkets and wholesalers.
· We are looking for a full time Telesales/AdministrationClerk to join our team for an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
· Effectively communicate with customers whilst taking their orders.
· Be able to provide general product information to customers.
· Assist with resolving customer complaints and disputes
· Regularly update customer and delivery details.
· Promote company products and ‘up-sell’ and close deals over the phone.
· Accurately create invoice and packing slips for warehouse to pick and pack goods within a reasonable time frame.
· Manage customer accounts so that all payment terms are met.
· Work closely with both warehouse and sales team to complete daily manifest both at the start and end of day.
· Assist Branch and Sales Manager when required.
· Work closely with all warehouse staff with dailychecking of stock and assist in stock take when required.
· Liaise with warehouse to ensure timely deliveries, stock accuracy, delivery discrepancies and other customer related matters.
· Place local fulfilment orders as required.
· Enter supplier purchase orders and invoices into CRM system.
· Ensuring company policy and procedures and work health safety standards and HACCP are adhered to.
· Represent the company with professionalism and superior customer service.
Requirements:
· Good listening and communication skills.
· Be highly organised with a can-do attitude.
· Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Be able to provide excellent customer service.
· Have good attention to detail.
· Be flexible.
· Highly regarded if you have language skills in either Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese or Korean.
· Permanent residency in Australia.
