3 Studio Apartments are available, one newly-constructed and all will be freshly-painted.  They are partly furnished (for students) each with a bed, desk, wardrobe, shelves, washing machine, fridge, air-conditioner, etc.  (Possible choice of furniture.)  Within each room is a kitchenette and a separate private shower/toilet.  Each studio apartment has its own private entrance.


*Rents are $180, $190 and $190 per week (depending on size) and  includes unlimited internet, hot and cold water but does not include electricity, which is separately metered.
