图书馆，学校，一些政府办公室有JP免费公证

比如PORT ADELAIDE ENFIELD 区的图书馆，时间如下

通过邮寄 或者快递的方式 一般都是与大使馆工作人员见面后  并且当面签字后 对于文件的递送方式可以选择邮寄    如果没有第一步：与工作人员见面以及签字    则是无法直接邮寄的    如果报名名额满了而且又很着急  建议直接带齐材料去堪培拉的大使馆（如果无法确定需要带什么可以先打电话到使馆去问一下）， 不知道去使馆的话需要不需要预约.    祝你好运
