About us

We operate a mobile phone accessory and repair retail outlet in a busy shopping centre. We sell quality mobile phone cases and accessories and have a loyal customer following from great customer service. We are waiting a person with a passion for retail sales and repair of mobile devices.

Qualifications & experience

• Some experience in retail sale an advantage
  
• Technically minded
  

Tasks & responsibilities

• Excellent Customer service skills
  
  
• Ideally 1yr proven experience as a mobile technician. (we can train the right person)
  
• Current skills across all popular brands of smart phones.
• All experience welcome - board / component level preferred.
• Experience working in a reputable repairer ideal.
• Ability to be able to work some rostered weekends a must
• Sales for mobile phone accessories as well as phone repair
• Managing the store when needed
• Most important - Be nice to the customers!
