House is on a quiet street which is only 2-3 minutes walk to stop 17 Payneham road, with buses 177, 174, 178 and 179 traveling directly to north terrace and stopping outside University of Adelaide. The bus stop is a go-zone with a maximum wait of 15 minutes for a bus during the day and takes 15-20 minutes to get to the university depending on traffic.  In the morning, F buses also stop at this stop for express to the city (in the afternoon the F bus 1st stop is stop 18 which is about 5 minutes walk away).  The other buses are quite frequent as well during this time.

House on a safe and peaceful street with elderly neighbours. The house is furnished and there is also a heater/aircon in the loungeroom and a house alarm for security.

Only a few minutes walk away (on Payneham road) is a mcdonalds, supermarket and petrol station, with a few other convenient shops in walking distance.

To share house with 2 males 23 and 22 studying / employed. Would suit a clean and easygoing person around this age. International students welcome to inquire.  1 housemate speaks cantonese/english and I only speak English.

Bedroom is furnished with bed, cupboard and desk.  Wireless internet connection is available to use (we share 30GB fast internode but for more we could increase the quota).  Rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water). $115 per week.
