What I required is as followed:

Cleaning inside and outside the property.
Remove weeds (Easy work, first pour some water on the weeds and wait for several hour then pull it out, nothing difficult on that)
Spray weeds killer to prevent weed from regrow.
Relocate 1 tonne of rubble as per instruction

To answer your question - Why do I required a female cleaner?
Female are the species of being clean (Majority of female), therefore they are likely to have attention to details and will not walk pass an area that are filthy and pray to god that I didn't see it at the end.

To sum it up, female tend to have the tendency to clean the house better than male and so will have a higher possibilities to do this job properly and not costing me double the time and money.

I have now concluded my finding. Female and Male are practically the same, depending or individual. I was so wrong saying majority of female are clean freak.
