We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing officer to join our winery team. As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our winery brand, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and increase sales for our winery products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitor activities, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising, to engage and attract customers.
- Collaborate with the winemaking and sales teams to develop promotional materials, such as brochures, newsletters, product descriptions, and website content.
- Manage the winery's social media presence, including creating and scheduling content, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring social media trends and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate winery events, such as wine tastings, tours, and special promotions, to enhance customer experience and increase brand loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and customer feedback, and use this data to optimize marketing strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and industry professionals to secure press coverage and maximize brand exposure.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors, such as graphic designers, printers, and photographers, to ensure high-quality marketing materials are produced within budget and on time.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in wine marketing to identify new opportunities for the winery.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, prefered wine marketing.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role, preferably in the wine industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, content management systems, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Passion for wine and a good understanding of the winemaking process and industry dynamics.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
