couple，为人和善，没什么不良习惯，爱泡图书馆，所以希望房子能够在free tram或者99c的沿线，因为现在花的公交费太多了
希望房间大一点，有无家具均可，我们有部分家具和电视，希望房东允许我们根据自己的需要可以把我们自己的家具放进房间，还有最好有独立的卫生间
最后希望室友很nice，还有我们会在家里做饭，如果不让做饭的，就免了
价格能够在260全包以下，当然如果房子特别好的话，价格也可以商量，如果有房子的房东可以把信息和价格写到下面，我们大概可以6月底入住，谢谢
如果有一室一厅更好，价格可商量，但我们只租到11月中旬左右，这学期结束要回家，如果必须签约一年或者半年，就算了

呵呵，谢谢楼上的，但至少租八个月还是不适合我们，我现在take的房子转了出去也有一部分的原因因为租期要到明年一月份，我要租了你的岂不是比我原来的还长，呵呵，不过还是谢谢你，希望你能找到合适的租客
