Open 6 days from 11am to 8pm, with a 2.5-hour break in the afternoon, total only 6.5 business hours a day.

At lunch the shop is often busy with customers craving forour Vietnamese rolls and noodle salad bowls particularly. At dinner time, all kinds of Asian stir fried take away food are popular to the locals and Uber customers. We have great reputation in the community and have regular customers from tradies as well.

We are making consistent sales every week. The weekly turnover is $5500-$6500 with ONLY 2 people without hiring any staff. Selling price includes equipment, lease and all our secret recipe.
