Maria, diet is a good start for weight control plan, but not reliable for long term.
The benefit of diet is to reduce your food intake portion and appetite. Usually, your weight will decreasing fast at first but once your body gets use to the amount of food you take, the weight will keep there for a while, unless you keep reducing your food intake, which I believe is not health or reseaonable.
I suggest that you keep diet for 2 weeks. After that, start execrising with normal diet. |
