一天工作十几个小时呀。。。只能少吃了。。。

Also, it is not good to stay too late (say after 11:00 pm).
I am currently carrying my weight control program as well.
First stage is almost over and I lost at least 5 kgs in 2 and half weeks.
Second stage will start soon, which concentrates on effective exercise and will join the group activity next week.

I will post some more tips on when I got back home after work.
