I have a large room in a lovely townhouse in Beaumont for rent at.

$150 per week + (~$15-20 share bill+internet/week) It has built in robes vanity bar and fan for cooling. Townhouse is heated and cooled with views from every window.

Upstairs you can see from the balcony views to the city and the sea.

You will be sharing with 2 males who are long term tenants They are in their 20s one Australian and the other Chinese. Available immediately.
