然后黑车超车的时候蹭到了楼主？

有了车牌就可以查到车主啊。。。

Mate, you should have reported to the police at the first instance...they can easily find the dirver and help you solving this issue.
Now, it's a bit too late, but it still worth trying.
Plus, as you are not sure about if the driver is a Chinese or not, it does not help at all to try to find him/her here...

千万别追！出事就惨了。报警第一，更重要的就是认倒霉。
记住车牌号了 下车照相取证，原地报警。

In Australia, we have to do all things according to the rules here, otherwise, just make trouble for ourselves...
