今天早晨5点半，警方接到报警来到Paralowie区的一处民居处理内部争端。

但是当警官接近门口时被从前门射出的子弹击中。

警方发言人说两名警官受了枪伤，但是没有生命危险。

持枪者爬上房子的屋顶被警方包围，警方还出动了精英STAR中队和谈判专家。

不久后男性投降并被捕。

Police officers shot in the face in Adelaide


TWO police officers have been shot in the face and upper body after responding to a disturbance at a home in Adelaide's northern suburbs.
Police said officers were called to a disturbance at the Paralowie address at about 5.35am (CST) this morning.
When the officers approached the house they were shot at, through the front door.
A spokeswoman said both suffered shrapnel wounds that were not life-threatening.
One was taken to the Lyell McEwin Hospital and the other to the Royal Adelaide Hospital.
The spokeswoman said a siege developed with the gunman taking to the roof of the house as elite STAR Group officers and police negotiators were called in.
After a short while the man surrendered and was arrested.
