The house is situated in a nice and quiet area close to a reserve and Torrens linear park and is approx. 15 minutes from the city and approx. 10 minutes to many beaches such as Henley beach, Grange and Glenelg. There are many shopping centres around the area such as Ikea, Fulham Gardens Shopping Centre, Findon Shopping Centre, West lakes Shopping Centre and also Harbour Town Outlet. The airport is only approx. 5 to 10 minutes from the house.


There are 3 buses that you can take to and from the city which are 650 metres away from the house and they are 288 and 287 bus stop 24, and H31 on Tapleys Hill Road. You can also go to Marion Shopping Centre taking bus 288 and bus 300.
