Key Responsibilities: As our Bookkeeper, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial statements.
• Processing payroll, including superannuation and PAYG obligations, in compliance with Australian regulations (e.g., Single Touch Payroll).
• Maintaining accurate general ledgers and financial records.
• Generating financial reports as required by management.
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams regarding financial matters.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial legislation and company policies.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a Bookkeeper role.
• Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero is highly regarded.
• Solid understanding of Australian accounting principles and tax regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting) are highly desirable.
