The Position
A full-time position for administrative assistant duties exists in our Thebarton office on port road. This role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.
Your duties will include:
administration duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people;
assisting with other staff, internal staff and other paperwork professionals by telephone and email;
monitor incoming emails and distribute accordingly;
releasing and organising documents;
receipt payments at reception and settle payments using the EFTPOS machine; and
other administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required.
To be considered in this role you will:
have prior experience in a teamworking environment;
possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills;
a high level of attention to detail;
have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines;
have an eye for detail and be able to manage multiple tasks with a calm, cheerful and can-do attitude;
be able to find creative solutions to problems;
possess the ability to work as a team and autonomously as the occasion may call for; and
be able to demonstrate a committed, proactive and service orientated approach to work.
