第一部分.
非专业问题,属热身常见类普通问题.该部分常见于各大大小小面试活动中,要注意回答到点,精炼,拖拖拉拉废话5分钟往往会给面试官留下疲倦的感觉,他是在为雇主寻找合适的雇员,而并非想听你的故事! 至于如何考究你的专业知识水平和工作经验?放心,在完成热身问答后,他一定会问滴.如果你前面一枪都打完了,后面没子弹了,于是又要重复说一遍...再次让考官睡眼朦胧....同时让他感觉你肚子就那么点货, SO, GAME OVER.
所以对于该类热身问题,保持冷静,避免过于激动,略带神秘,点到为止.让考官沉靡于遐想的空间中...........
Q: Can you sell yourself in two minutes? Go for it. (你能在两分钟內自我推荐吗?大胆试试吧!)
A: With my qualifications and experience, I feel I am hardworking, responsible and diligent in any project I undertake. Your organization could benefit from my analytical and interpersonal skills.(依我的资格和经验,我觉 得我对所从事的每一个项目都很努力、负责、勤勉。我的分析能力和与人相处的技巧,对贵单位必有价值。)
Q:Give me a summary of your current job des cription. (对你目前的工作,能否做个概括的说明。)

完成热身问题后,第二部分就开始真枪实刀了.有些时候需要说的明白,说的仔细.如果英语不好,第二部分就很容易让考官感觉你可能会有英语障碍,工作中可能会和同事,上级存在交流问题..如果他有选择的情况下,你容易被T出局..所以该部分要认真应答.英语不好没关系,俗语说的好: 世上没有丑女人,只有懒女人.
不打无准备之仗,种瓜得瓜.只要你自己精心准备(找工就是过独木桥,不亚于全国高考)....上百道题目都背的滚瓜烂熟,谁会说你的英语不好呢?
