Tillerson does well as to what to say before the media houses and what to do behind the door.
Both sides did not come to the consensus about the N.Korea Nuclear program, since Tillerson expressed that the US' Strategic Patience has run its course and come to an end.  On the day of the meeting between Xi and Tillerson, N.Korea successfully tested its rocket engines, which is a great leap forward to ICBM launching.
