The 2008 Royal Adelaide Show is open daily from 9 am to late (12 midnight on Saturday 6th and Friday 12th September).
“Bargain Days” are Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th September - entry must be prior to 1 pm to gain entry at the discounted price.


The Royal Adelaide Show is South Australia's biggest annual event run by the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society of South Australia.

There's gourmet food and wine tastings; entertainment with bands, dancing, comedy acrobatics; exhibitions and displays; fashion parades; competitions; animals (livestock and pets); a farmyard nursery and animal petting area, and more.

Enjoy carnival rides, sideshows, exhibitions and attractions, exquisite handicraft and arts, cookery and wide variety of champion livestock and nimals. It is at the show that rural South Australia and city businesses alike can showcase their best produce, wares and services.

When attending as part of a school group, Primary and Secondary School students will be provided with concessional admission :

One accompanying teacher or carer adult will be admitted FREE with each group of 8 students or part group of 4 or more students. Additional adults and carers who accompany the school group also pay the concession price . All tickets MUST be booked and paid for prior to the Show.

关于 Group Bookings 滴问题



Tickets may only be purchased in advance of the Royal Show and cannot be purchased at the gate.

Pre-purchase of tickets is essential to receive the special Group Price.

关于 Parking 滴问题


ParkingEnquiries can be directed to the U-Park Customer Service Line on telephone 8203 7203.
Parking is available for up to 7,500 cars in the Adelaide City Council’s south western Park Lands on Greenhill Road next to the Showground. Cost is $10 per vehicle per day.  Car plus trailer is $18.50 per day. Park 22 is located on Greenhill Road between Anzac Highway and Goodwood Road - opens at 6.30am.  Park 21W is located on Greenhill Road between Goodwood Road and Sir Lewis Cohen Avenue - opens at 8am. If required, there is overflow parking on the ‘old netball courts’ on Anzac Highway for trucks only.

Disabled ParkingSome spaces are available for drivers with a Transport SA Disabled Parking registration sticker. The spaces are located in Park 22 as well as a limited number of spaces on Rose Terrace in Car Parks 1, 2 and 3 and Leader Street Car Parks 1 and 2.

Truck & Float ParkingTruck parking is available from Monday 1 September (the Monday prior to the start of the Show) in Park 22.  The fee is $18.50 per day to a maximum of $121.60 for each float or truck for the duration of the Show. Customers should see the U-Park staff at Park 22 to reserve a space.

Bicycle ParkingBicycle parking racks are available next to the Goodwood Road, Leader Street and Rose Terrace entrances to the Showground, courtesy of Unley Council, BikeSouth and the Royal Agricultural & Horticultural Society of SA
