关于南澳政府担保886签证

想请问大家一个关于886政府担保技术移民
关于资金证明，我看见上面有句话，就是如果你在澳洲，那么这个资金是可以灵活考虑的，
想请问，已经申请过的人，这个灵活考虑可以减免多少呢？
还有我是否可以先在网上申请，然后到国内去开存款证明？

If u study in sa, u need have minimum $25000, amid 10000 in cash,the rest could be assets.
with ur parents support, i think they mentioned on the website u need ur parents sign a paper declaration, as well as  show the money in the bank.
u have to apply online first, then post all the supporting documents at the same time to them.
