Looking for someone to take over my lease as I'm going to my home country for good.
4-bedroom house, with one room available for rent (house and rooms are all fully-furnished)
A large bedroom for rent
- Large space (single occupant only, female preferably)
- Rental period: available 21/12/14 or earlier(move in date negotiable as long it's after 24/11/2014) until 04/05/15 (can be extend if all tenants are agree)
- Would require an $630 bond (fully reimbursed at final inspection unless landlords deduct)
- Would be expected to share equally in bills (gas/electricity/internet)
1 bathroom & 2 toilets in the house
Open kitchen/living area
Large backyard
Washing machine
Three female tenants (currently studying at the University of Adelaide and UNISA)
Very clean/neat
Generally quiet but no issue with having people over
Furnished house and room
15 minutes walk to Entertainment Centre Tram Stop
1 min walk to the bus stop
15 mins driving distance to City
5 mins walk to IGA
5 mins walk to the Post Office
Cost:
$115 per week, rent paid on monthly basis
$630 bond requirement, to be reimbursed in full (unless deductions from landlord at final inspection)
Gas: $100/quarter (estimate based on past bills, is split equally among tenants)
Electricity : $300/quarter (estimate based on past bills, is split equally among tenants)
Internet: $60/month (split equally among tenants)
