We are 3 people and seeking two rooms ( 1 master room (for couple) + 1 single room (for single) )

we are a couple from taiwan, and the other tenant will be a korean who is working together in the same factory.

we are all full-time workers who works all at the same time, so we won't stay at home too long.

we are also able to rent whole house, but it should be fully-furnished, but we can't rent one for 6 months, probably around 4 months.

we hope to get a share house in mawson lakes, but it's also okay to get one near from there.

we wish the price for single room might be less than $130 inclusive bills, and the price for master room might be less than $200 inclusive bills.

we are very tidy, quiet, kind, and easy-going people.

we can be harmonized with anyone.

it would be very good if the house is newly built :)
