我們是從韓國和紐西蘭來的的夫婦。我們在找一位室友。
We are a Korean and Kiwi couple and looking for a flatmate.
每週$95 （你會跟一位22嵗的韓國學生一起住在最大的房間裏。）
$95 per week (You are going to share the big room with one 22 years old Korean guy student)


我們的unit很乾淨，而且附近有woolworths, 咖啡店，麵包店，酒吧，餐館，公園，和go-zone公車佔。到公車市區裏的公車大約每15分鐘左右。
Our unit is very clean and tidy and it is very close to woolworths, coffee shop, bakery, sport bar, restaurants, linear park and go zone bus stops. Buses to the city centre every 15 minutes or less.

可以在bus stop 17 Payneham Rd 下車，（unit在stop 17, 18 的中間）

我們現在和韓國學生一起住，但一位在這個星期五要會囯了。
We are staying with Korean students but one will go back to Korea this Friday.
我們不在上班就是上學。我們也很友善的，歡迎你來一起共用這3個房間，1個茅厠的unit.
We are all friendly and either studying or working. We would welcome anyone who would be happy to share our three bedroom unit with one bathroom.


由於我們是韓國人，所以我們在家裏不穿鞋子的。但如果要的話，可以穿家内穿的拖鞋 :)
As a part of Korean culture, we don't wear shoes at home but you can wear the inside shoes if you like to :)


房内有單人床，棉被，桌子，放衣服的抽屜，挂鈎，衣服籃子，和垃圾箱。
The room has a single bed with some blankets , a desk and a drawer for clothes. There are hangers, a laundry basket, some containers, and a small garbage bin as well.


房租會包internet和水。我們通常提前兩個星期收房租。
The rent will cover some basic bills such as an Internet and water and we usually pay rent two weeks in advance.
