A 4 bedroom fully funished townhouse LEASE TRANSFER. I'm looking for a student or young professional looking for a single room willing to maintain the house in exchange for Free or incoming rent at North Plympton. 22/6 available.

We are looking someone who can take over the house lease and willing to keep the current subtanents until mid January 2021 .

Currently The house shared with three male hardworking friendly quiet full-time workers or students. Looking for clean, considerate and friendly people.

**To take over the lease please consider you would need to pay 6 weeks of bond - $2340 and 4 weeks rent ($440/wk).
