大家好, 本人是这个House的房东, 12月12日起主卧出租, 家具全，Local室友（来自英国医生，本地Flinders学生），很好的英语的环境，每个房间都是单人，室友爱干净，容易相处。
House位于Flinders和city中间。

每个卧室均有床, 书桌、椅，衣橱。

租金:

135/w 包含单人 bills（水、电、煤气），或者156/w包含双人bills （水、电、煤气）；
押金4周，长租only；



步行5分钟至

M44 Marion Rd 17站；190路 17站; 248/248F 20站；

开车10分钟至city，10分钟至Flinder大学；

房东本人不住在这个地址。

网络是Adelaide最好的Internode网络公司，ADSL2+ 是本地的澳洲网络公司超级快， 400G/月。


房间很大，每个房间都有自己的门锁和钥匙；
房东会安排值日表，所有人轮流打扫屋内公共区域，收信、推垃圾箱的日常工作。

One master room will be available on 12 Dec 2014;
Rooms are fully-furnished and each room has its own lock; wireless internet plus use of all facilities.

Bus M44 Marion Road Stop 17;
Bus 190 Stop 17;
Bus 248/248F Stop 20.

Rent is $135/w for single or 156/w for couple
incl. normal usage bills (Electricity, gas and water);

Common area clean job will be scheduled and shared with all tenants in turns, such as collect the letters and clean the kitchen etc.

Bond is 4 weeks, 4 weeks leaving notice is required.

The bedroom size is double bed facing to north with own bathroom.

3 Minutes walking to Stop 17 of M44 on Marion Road (about 20 minutes to City centre by bus);
At the M44 stop 17 bus stop, there are also Foodland supermarket, National Pharmacies, ATM and Fast Food shop.

4 Minutes walking to Stop 17 of 190 (Glenelg Beach) on Bray Street.

5 Minutes walking to Stop 20 of 248 (Marion Shopping Centre) on Hendrie Street;

Now we are looking for one housemate for our secure 4 bedroom house.
He or she must have regular timetable, be quiet and polite, as all other housemates are very nice tidy as well regular timetable.

Current housemates are students and local professionals.
