我被坑了大概有10个月了，现在还没结束，等着退定金呢。

#在这里快速I don't normally comment on anything without knowing the background, but i do know and hear some chinese clients being trapped by builders, and end up on court ect, my only advise will be for those who wants to invest/build properties, get someone professional and have local experiences at housing industry, it will help you heaps (if you find the right person) down the track, and really enjoy the process & outcome. There are a few experienced guys on BBS, design is the easy part, a lots of chinese clients don't want to pay any money for the drawings, and for that reason they sign contract with builder directly to get free drawing, but hey, is there anything free in Australia?  Ask yourself that question first. Personlly, I suggest you spend some money to find a good 'adviser', you will find it worth it.回复#

以后有机会我会把合同传上来，让大家看看，是不是我被坑的太厉害了，现在合同我要邮寄到阿德莱德的英文报社去，在报子刊登，谢谢大家的关心
