想做白切鸡，鬼佬的鸡实在没办法用，那有走地鸡卖呢？？

超市很多种鸡选择啊。。。散养的鸡炖汤炖不烂还有一种炖半小时鸡就烂了或许你要找的是后者那种鸡吧

买不到活鸡的话去central market, FEAST肉店或者 Barossa Fine Foods，有Corn Fed Free Range Chicken，算是比较好的鸡了，好像$14/kg? 某些农民市场会有农民卖自己养的走地鸡，皮爽肉紧鸡味浓，可是毕竟不如central market方便。

I have it at home. come to catch by yourself if you are interested. $15 each. I have 7 at the moment, you can choose whichever you want. anyhow, it's alive one, so you need cut it by yourself.

then I can't help. I bought those chickens because I want healthy chicken to be my meal. my husband is too busy to cut them, so I still got some left, otherwise they would all in my stomach long time ago.
