It said that they want to recruit a part time employee to list their product on Ebay and work as custom service. In this advertisement, it clearly stipulated that you must have ebay ID and paypal account.
I replied the advertisement and start work for him. He emailed me the photos and description for the products and I listed those products on Ebay under my personal account “xxxx”. Each time, customers transferred their payments to my account first, after deduct the ebay charge, paypal charge and my commission(I got $12 for each item I sold on ebay), I transferred all the rest payment to his paypal account. Then he posts the products directly from China to my Australian customer.
He guaranteed that the product is 100% genuine. And promised me he will refund customer the full amount if they are not satifiy. But when my first customer received his product and inform me that the product is absolutly fake, he just disappeared. Worse to it, he require me to transfer the payment to him via “Others” instead of “Purchase Goods”. Until now I realize the purpose of this requirement is due mainly to you can only open a case if the money is being transferred as “Purchase Goods/Service”.
All of our communication is via a chatting system called QQ, which is similar as MSN while very popular in China, so if you require any further evidence, I’m more than happy to print out our chat record and send to you. But all those are record in Chinese, hope it won’t cause you too much headache.
