午餐时间越南包和沙拉碗非常受欢迎，晚餐主要是各种亚洲菜式的快炒。营业时间从11点开始，8点结束，中间休息2.5个小时。一周六天。

98%客人都是Local，需要良好的英文沟通能力。

店铺位于居民区附近，有很多当地居住的回头客，口碑非常好。同时，因为位于主路旁边，所以人流量巨大吸引很多附近上班的人。

我们满足于家庭生意经营，所以特意把我们的菜单做得很简单，使其带来的工作量可以让这个只有两个人经营的生意与平时生活有更好的平衡。每周的turnover稳定在$5500-6500。但是，店铺铺面（约30平米）和厨房（约40平米）都很宽敞，设备齐全，完全可以满足生意上进一步拓展的需求，例如增改菜单食物，中间不关门休息，增加人手来增加堂食和外卖。

Open 6 days from 11am to 8pm, with a 2.5-hour break in the afternoon, total only 6.5 business hours a day.

At lunch the shop is often busy with customers craving forour Vietnamese rolls and noodle salad bowls particularly. At dinner time, all kinds of Asian stir fried take away food are popular to the locals and Uber customers. We have great reputation in the community and have regular customers from tradies as well.
