I have a house in Magill. walking distance to UniSA Magill Campus, 1 minute to a bus station to the City (Adelaide Uni, UniSA). Currently I am living here by myself. My family go back China for one year. From Early October, one male Chinese student (Adelaide Uni) will live here. Rental and duration of lease are negotiable. But must be reliable and quiet person.
