The house has air conditioner and heater in each room.

The house is located in a quiet and safe street in Fulham. Henley Beach Road is a 2 min walk with a

15 min one bus trip to the city and Henley Beach 5 mins away.

Henley Beach road has supermarkets and various other shops.

There is a bathroom; separate laundry and two toilets.

No pets.

Three large bedrooms with large windows, the third bedroom is smaller, but very comfortable.

Individuals will need to provide their own bed linen including pillow.

Individuals will need to divide cost of Water and electricity (Bill every three months). The costs of

rent and house hold bills will need to be paid for the 12 month contract whether you are in Adelaide

or away on holidays.

The tenants will be responsible for house hold cleaning.

The garden will be managed by the land lord.

Rent is $500 per week ($125 per week per person).
