Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb.

The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area.
Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter.

I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room.

I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly.

I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.

I'm Ryan 30 just finished a degree in Biodiversity & Conservation. Kind of contradictory to that i currently work for an arborist firm maintaining trees around Adelaide. I have a plethora of interests including bonsai, fishing, nature photography and staying active. I love a laugh and enjoy a good balance between socialising and solitude. I also love sharing stories and connecting with people around dinner.

Ideally people who are looking for somewhere pretty modest with cheap living and a down to earth sort of attitude would enjoy it here. A little experience in sharehouse living is also preferred, to ensure respect of shared spaces, cleaning up etc. Having experience with younguns before i would prefer ages 25+ only please
