Renting: granny flat, big bedroom,north east, 6.5km to city, very quiet area,
2 minutes to bus stop, 12 min to Obahn exchanger
Full furniture (single bed, desk, wardrob, kitchen, fridge, washing machine, lots more...)

Can provide most of things except foods and toothpaste (smile), for example, cookware, blanket...
All bills are included (or share if you like)
Car port, backyard gym section (sharing), or free Goodlife Gym on weekends(Fri Sta,Sun) if you are willing to go with the landlord.
Shops, post office, coffee, Mcdownalds etc facilities within 5 minute walking distance

The landlord will contact you to arrange possible inspection, then make your offer.

It may require you to get SA Government Working With Children Check after settling, but this is free with the help of the landlord and it takes about 20-30 minutes on computer.
