* the property address is in Mile End. It's so close to the city. It would only take you 4 minutes to get there by car and 10 mins via bus. The bus stop number is 4A which is a few seconds walk from the property. The bus number is J1/J2. J1/J2 bus goes to UniSA and University of Adelaide and you can take this bus to go to the airport as well. So it is a very easy and good location especially for uni students.

该物业位于Mile End，公交车站为4A，靠近市区，自行驾车4分钟左右即可到达市区，搭乘公交J1/J2约10分钟可以到达市区。

J1/J2公交车往南澳大学和阿德莱德大学，以及机场。物业出行方便适合学生朋友们居住。

* the landlord is a lovely Chinese lady. She's very friendly, sweet and easy to talk to and she speaks Mandarin.

* the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are 2 good sized rooms available to rent for $140-150 per week including utility bills. Internet is optional.
