About myself. I am a UniSA nursing student and a Casual Carer. I am very quiet, clean and friendly person. And I understand the boundaries and personal space between us are important.
Prefer 6 months lease. And share water ($3⁄week in a normal range) and electricity equally, i have no internet so far. $500 bond need paid in advance.
