由于工作搬迁，需要卖一年新的家具和电器。都在warranty 内。质量非常好，买的时候走了很多家挑选的。冰箱，洗衣机，电视，书柜，餐桌，单人床。

冰箱是Fisher&paykel - 被公认为最好的冰箱牌子。
电视- 55‘ LG，有3D，可联网。在去年5 月份买的时候是当时最好配置。
