City房出租，三层，一层是车库和一个洗手间，二层是厨房和客厅，还有一个阳台，三层两间卧室，出租其中一间。房子干净，人少，安全，交通方便，无论是打工，上课都是首选。走路5分钟到UNISA西校区，出门2分钟到BUS站 (Currie St)，5分钟走路到99C免费bus站点直达阿大。房子是GAS做饭，网是200G，ADAM的，网速不错。另外，有两个洗手间。

租期9月15日到10月22日，欢迎随时预约看房。
