House is located at Sturt, within walking distance of Flinders Medical Centre , Flinders University and Marion Shopping Centre. Quiet area. Close to bus stop, close to pizza/ bar restaurant, Hungry Jacks, McDonald's and Subway. 5 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets.

A single bedroom for rent. $110 includes everything, heatand air conditioning in every room. One study desk inc. bookshelves and a lamp,one single bed, one wardrobe, two chairs, one combined coat hanger.

Roommates are quiet, friendly and have normal time schedules. Live with the landlord who is not home most of the time. Chinese or Cantonese preferred. We'd love someone who's thoughtful, with good manners and generally has regular normal schedule. No pets no smoking please.

Currently someone's living in the room, so not convenient to take photos. Phone or SMS please (Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese). 2 weeks bonds $220. Thank you.

110全包价格便宜，但是房间质量好，绝对物超所值～！！！
