标题: 我发现今年开始被收water supply的钱，每个月70多。不知大家要不要交这钱。
前两年不用，今年突然就要交这water supply的钱了，很是奇怪这是啥钱。。

I am pretty sure the bill I receive always have that fee on it. But then you are in a rental property, I am not so sure how your agent charge you for your water bill.

Are you renting the property or you bought it? Coz normally landlord responsible for the charge of water supply.

一般是房东交的，如果中介让你叫，那证明这个中介应该不是什么好鸟，你应该Argue的~

南澳现在的规定是房东可以向租户收取water supply and charge, 这是合法的，与中介没有关系，是房东决定的。

楼主查看下自己签的合同吧，如果上面没有说明，可以和中介/房东argue.

一般是unit的是房东交的，house的话是房客交，如果房东自己愿意交也可以

现在很多房子签的时候就写了会有water charge。每个季度交一次。。。原来是房东的意愿啊。。太阴险了。
