对于出租你说的没错，确实很多这样类似的房子，就看有没有空的而已，价格就是market price, 不过我不仅仅出租还买卖，其他中介未必有这个房子的listing，地点很重要。。。

这个apartment确实不便宜，比较适合在海边工作的人专业人士还有来度假的人。。。。当然如果有几个朋友想一起住在海边也未尝不可
