Small room: $120 (internet included) + shared electricity bills which divided by 5 people (roughly $10 per week )
Master room: $150 (including electricity + internet + water ALL INCLUDED)
For couple: $180 (Master room internet included only NOT INCLUDING electricity bills)
Location: Henley Beach Rd,Mile End, Bus Stop No. 4.
Fully furniture, walking distances to UniSA City West Campus, or 10 mins bus to Adelaide Uni, surrounding by Asain Grocery, Foodland, Woolworths, Subway, Post office, Gym, restaurants, BWS, etc.

Queen size Bed at Master room, Single Bed at Small room, Wardrobe, study desk, couch, TV, Kitchenware, Microwave, Fridge and Washing machine ALL INCLUDED.

500G ADSL 2+ wifi internet, Master room $150 for rent, Welcome for open inspection from now on, available from 28th February 2013 till half year or a year long ALL UP 2 U.

just in case u might wanna get both room together.. we could make it for $220 per week n $400 for bond.. rent to be paid biweekly .. u guys would hv ur own door for entry..
