CONVEYANCER fees around $300, loan application fees, but some banks will wave these fees, but if you borrow more than 80%, you have to pay extra money for insurance, which depends how much you are borrowing.

building inspection plus termites inspection $600. you'd better do both of them to make sure you buy a right one.
