there are two rooms in Mawson Lakes, brand new house with all new furnitures for renting out ,
the house is very near to the mawson lakes interchanges and bus stops like 204, 205, 501, 501T, and others . so it is very convinence for students who are studying in mawson lakes uni sa compus or even students who studying in city as 10-15 minutes by train to the city.
there are few restaurants around here , like KFC , Subway, Indochina , Deckcofa , workinabox, and mawson lakes hotel , etc.
the surrounding of this area is very nice , there are bike park and lake in the center of mawson lakes, after studying can have a relax walk.
u have variety choices with the rental , $120 + shared bills or $145 including 4 bills (water , gas , electricity and internet ), and inside the house there is an aircon, and in the rooms there are bed, studying table and chair and build in rob , with carpet .
welcome to look at the house after 5 pm everyday by appointment with me and the rooms are available now .
