有知道怎样做鱼的朋友吗?每次煎鱼,皮都粘在锅上,鱼做好了很难看,有没有姐妹朋友指点高招呢.老公喜欢吃鱼,呵呵.

i don't really do that much. my mum likes to do it. she did that really slowly. the temperature also not very high. always put salt on fish before she does. that makes fish not easy to fall apart.

你要记得锅的内壁都润到油~ 或者是用两片生姜片把锅内擦拭一下~~~

先热锅,再放油,油温上去后,在放鱼,可以轻轻晃动锅,不要急着翻身,
