Unit condition: full furniture, two bedrooms, one bathroom, not pet (equipped with TV, air-conditioner, vacuum cleaner, fridge, washing machine, etc.)

Room condition: one Large room available, queen-size bed

Current Housemate situation: A PhD student from Adelaide University is now taking care of the whole unit.

Transportation: located at the bus stop 15. G10/G11 passes every 15 minutes. It usually takes maximum 15 minutes on the bus from suburb to King William Stop X1.

Shopping centers: Northpark Plaza and Sefton Park Shopping Center are nearbywithin 10 minutes walk from unit (Coles, Woolworth, Foodland, Target, KFC, Subway, Hungry Jack, Pizza hut, etc.)
