房后空间很大，适合BBQ以及PARTY。
现在出租一个DOUBLE ROOM（两张单人床，两个写字台，一个大衣柜），两个SINGLE ROOM，两个厕所和两个浴室，电视机，沙发，餐桌，停车库,电话和网络，每月600G的INTERNET 流量。

3分钟到车站，15分钟到CITY和阿德莱德大学
近超市COLES，KMART，FISH AND CHIPS, HUNGRYJACK'S 和亚洲和中国超市
东主免费接机，附近有小公园
不和房东住
